How to Report a Claim

If you have a claim:
If you are currently experiencing an emergency call 911for local emergency assistance.
Insurance is one of the few items a business or individual purchases with the hope that they never have to use it by making a claim, however if you do have an insured loss our goal is to help make sure your settlement is handled in an efficient, professional manner. Your purchase of insurance is to protect you from catastrophic losses. If you have had a minor accident or loss that is close to your deductible you may decide to not submit the claim. We request you call our office to discuss your specific situation before calling the insurance company. Once a claim is reported to the insurance company it is on your record; however if bodily injury has occurred or you have major damage to property you own you may wish to call your insurance company direct to report your claim; especially if the loss occurs after regular office hours.
